2. Visiting the website

When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data in log files: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser, operating system and referring site. This data is used to display the website, keep it secure and detect misuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept only as long as necessary for these purposes.

We do not sell or pass on your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and email and who process it on our behalf: our hosting and contact form provider, Netlify, Inc. (United States), and our email provider Netsons S.r.l. (Pescara, Italy). For transfers to countries without an adequate level of protection we rely on recognised safeguards, such as the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider participates, or standard contractual clauses.
